Finished size: Between 20-5cm tall depending on the yarn and crochet hook you use
Materials and tools needed:
• Crochet hook (I used a 3.5mm)
• Stitch markers
• Scissors
• Yarn/tapestry needle
• 2 x 50g ball of yarn in colour of choice (I used Keepstake 8 ply organic cotton from Spotlight)
• A very small amount of yarn in black
• A small amount of yarn in a secondary colour and tertiary colour (for the antenna and stomach details)
• Poly stuffing for toy making
You can use any yarn and crochet hook to bring Wooper to life, making this project highly customizable. Whether you prefer standard yarn or want to use chenille yarn for an extra soft and plush texture, this pattern is adaptable to your preferences.

Take two of antenna part two pieces and pin these onto antenna part one, leaving a 2 row width gap from the end of the antenna opening. Stitch these into place. Repeat the above instructions for the second antenna.
Pin the antennas to the sides of head, taking note of where the tail is to make sure they are placed evenly. Stitch these in place and then weave in any ends.

Pin the stomach pieces onto the front of the body as shown below. Stitch tightly into place and then weave in any remaining ends.
Take a long piece of black yarn and thread it onto a yarn needle. Insert the needle into the position shown below- 12 stitches in from the middle of an antenna from the front.
Weave the yarn through to the other side of the head to the point 12 stitches out from the antenna on this side. If you follow the stitch pattern/ row it will be straight.
Tie the ends of the black yarn and pull to close. Knot the ends and then weave them into the body.
Take some craft glue and carefully wipe it along the black yarn. Press the yarn to the head and pull down to make a slight curve for the smile. Leave to dry.
The eyes consists of a black circle and a smaller white circle glued together. Cut out these shapes, check they are a good size for the head and then glue them together. Once dry you can glue them onto the head.
